Westfield Garden State Plaza lots
Super-regional mall at Routes 4 and 17 — about 2.1 million square feet and roughly 300 stores. A portable sheet is a marked stall run, not the whole field. Blue laws close most retail on Sunday.

A portable roller rink rental in Paramus is a mall-city install under Bergen County blue laws. Garden State Plaza, Paramus Park, and Bergen Town Center go dark on Sunday. Plan the event
Start a Paramus roller rink rental quote with which mall, which stall run, and whether the rink still runs on Sunday.
Local pad and venue notes
There is no Morristown-style downtown green. Westfield Garden State Plaza at Routes 4 and 17 is about 2.1 million square feet. A portable sheet is a marked stall run. Hotel courtyards on the 4/17 corridor still operate when the malls are dark. American Dream’s ice is in East Rutherford, not a Paramus vacancy.
What guests experience
Paramus parties want a holiday rink at the malls. A portable roller rink rental can sit on a marked Garden State Plaza, Paramus Park, or Bergen Town Center stall run, or in a hotel courtyard on the 4/17 corridor. The unique calendar is the blue law: malls close, lots empty, and a retail-tied public rink has no Sunday store hours. Indoor hotel rooms keep a seven-day ask alive. Do not import American Dream indoor snow and ice from East Rutherford as a Paramus vacancy. Name which mall and which stall run, and say whether the rink still runs on Sunday.
Truck and load-in access
Mall lots fail when you treat 2.1 million square feet as the pad. Close the stalls you can use. Hotel courtyards have docks that still work when the malls are dark.
Calendar and weather
Bergen County blue laws close most retail on Sunday. That empties the lots and also kills Sunday store-hour ice. Give a range that says Saturday store traffic or a Sunday-dark lot.

How it works
How a Paramus quote is planned
1
Measure the usable footprint
In Paramus we review 20 × 40 ft, 40 × 60 ft, and 40 × 80 ft. Send the usable stall run at Garden State Plaza or Town Center, not the whole field. We do not treat American Dream as a Paramus pad. We do not quote a permanent rink as a portable product.
2
Choose indoor, outdoor, or covered
Outdoor lots work in a cold holiday window. Indoor hotel rooms keep a seven-day party alive when the malls are dark.
3
Review what happens after submission
Paramus requests are checked for which mall and whether Sunday is part of the plan. Then the stall run is reviewed.

Does Sunday matter in Paramus?
Yes. Bergen blue laws close most retail. Saturday is store traffic. Sunday is an empty lot unless you use a hotel courtyard.

A 20 × 40 ft courtyard fits a hotel or indoor room (about 12–20 skaters). Most civic pads are 40 × 60 ft. A larger floor needs a marked lot. We do not quote a permanent rink as a portable product.
